Yes, Soy wax is a 100% natural product made from hydrogenated soybean oil. It has been used since 1992 because it is both natural and cheaper than beeswax. Beeswax has long been recognized as far preferable to paraffin wax but it is very expensive. Soy wax on the other hand is a much cheaper wax because of the plentiful and renewable supply.

Soy wax has no fragrance of its own so it is the perfect carrier for fragrances which are introduced by mixing fragrant oils with the wax while it is still a liquid. The ease of mixing fragrances with soy wax means that the variety of fragrances available is almost unlimited.
